1. Who Gets to Play? (Eligibility)

Our games and toys are for everyone who:

• Is at least 18 years old (or has a grown-up helping them shop)
• Lives in a country we ship to (everywhere except parts of Asia and remote areas)
• Plays by these rules and local laws

2. Our Toybox (Products)

We offer:

• Fun categories: From ball pits to brainteasers, climbers to card games
• Quality playthings: All items are new unless marked otherwise
• Accurate pictures: We try to show colors and sizes correctly, but screens vary
• Age recommendations: Please check these for safety – some toys are for big kids only!

3. Ordering Your Fun (Purchases)

How to Play (Order Process):

1. Add items to your cart (like collecting game pieces)
2. Check out using Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal
3. Get an order confirmation email (your “You won!” notification)
4. We’ll process in 1-2 business days (faster than setting up some board games!)

Prices & Payments:

• All prices are in USD unless noted
• We may cancel orders if prices are wrong (like when kids miscount game points)
• You’re responsible for any taxes or customs fees

4. Delivery Adventure (Shipping)

5. If Something’s Not Right (Returns)

Our Easy-Peasy Return Policy:

• 15-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be unused with original packaging
• Include proof of purchase (your order number is your golden ticket)

No Returns On:

• Opened electronic games (the adventure must continue!)
• Used costumes (keep your Cinderella gown after the ball)
• Inflated bounce houses/climbers (can’t repackage the fun)

6. Who Owns What (Intellectual Property)

• We’re not responsible for how you use products (follow age/safety guidelines!)
