Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. High-demand items like hoverboards or electric scooters sometimes fly off our shelves faster than kickballs!

🔄 Our Easy-Peasy Return Policy

If your item didn’t spark joy (maybe the brainteaser puzzle was too tricky or the board game pieces don’t match), we’ll help you fix it faster than kids can say “I want to exchange this!”

Return Window: 15 days from delivery date

To qualify for return/exchange, items must be:

  • In original packaging (like you just unboxed a new card game)
  • Unused and in resellable condition (no bounce house test runs!)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number works like a game rulebook)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Opened electronic games (once you’ve started playing, the adventure must continue!)

💸 Refund Information

Once we receive your return:
