🔄 Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be:

  • In original packaging (like you just unboxed a new brainteaser puzzle)
  • Unused and in resellable condition (no bounce house test runs!)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number works like a game rulebook)

🎯 Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened electronic games (once you’ve started playing, the adventure must continue!)
  • Used dress-up & pretend play costumes (after the royal ball, Cinderella keeps her gown)
  • Inflated bounce houses or climbers (we can’t repackage the fun once it’s been unleashed)

💸 Refund Information

Once we receive your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days (about as long as learning a new dice game)

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (but return shipping for defective items is on us!)
