I forgot my password. What should I do?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your playtime started! If you need to modify or cancel, please email

What shipping options do you offer?
We have two great options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx – perfect for time-sensitive gifts!
- Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS for orders over $50 – great when you’re not in a rush!
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions. If you’re unsure about your location, please contact us before ordering.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your package’s journey right to your playroom!

Not currently, but we’re working on this feature! In the meantime, you can always purchase a product as a gift and have it shipped directly to the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want every play experience to be perfect! You may return items within 15 days of receipt if:
- The item is in original, unused condition
- All packaging and accessories are included
- You have your order number
Contact our customer service to initiate a return. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear that. Please contact us immediately at
